You will gain a practical understanding of AI through a people and capability lens, with a focus on governance, ethics and workforce readiness. Then you will translate those insights into strategies you can apply immediately.

Program at a Glance
Blended Learning Format: Self-paced online modules + live interactive weekly sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Live sessions are recorded for later viewing. Enrollment in the full course and completion of all self-paced modules are still required.
Participants are encouraged to use approved AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, in alignment with their institution’s policies.

Use AI to enhance learning design, content creation and talent workflows. Practice responsible prompt design and understand how to maintain quality, accuracy and human judgment.
