Designed for HR, Talent, Learning & Development and instructional design professionals, this experience explores how AI is reshaping roles, skills and learning across banking and how to respond with confidence.

You will gain a practical understanding of AI through a people and capability lens, with a focus on governance, ethics and workforce readiness. Then you will translate those insights into strategies you can apply immediately.

• Explain AI and generative AI in clear, practical terms
• Identify how AI is changing work, roles and skill requirements across the bank
• Partner with risk, compliance and IT to align workforce enablement with AI governance
• Build workforce readiness strategies that position AI as an accelerator, not a risk

• Design learning experiences that support safe, ethical and compliant AI use

Program at a Glance

Blended Learning Format: Self-paced online modules + live interactive weekly sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Live sessions are recorded for later viewing. Enrollment in the full course and completion of all self-paced modules are still required.

Participants are encouraged to use approved AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, in alignment with their institution’s policies.
